Starting therapy can feel like a big step, but it often begins with a simple conversation. You don't need to have everything figured out before you begin. We can start wherever you are. From there, we can get a sense of what's been going on and what kind of support would feel most helpful for you.

EMDR Therapy

In EMDR therapy, we work to process past experiences that continue to feel unresolved. Our goal is for the past to have less impact on how you feel and respond in the present.

LGBTQIA + Therapy

A space that affirms your identity while exploring the complexity of your experiences, relationships, and the impact of living in systems that haven't always felt safe or supportive.

Relationship Therapy

This is your chance to explore your internal experiences in relationships: your patterns, reactions, attachment, and the ways you relate to others. IFS Therapy

Internal Family Systems helps us understand and relate more deeply and intentionally with the "parts" of ourselves. This is especially powerful work for when we feel stuck, reactive, or conflicted within our own selves.

Neurodivergent Therapy

Support that works with your brain, not against it. We'll focus on understanding your patterns, needs, and ways of processing. We'll explore shifts that align with your neurology rather than forcing something that doesn't fit.

Couples Therapy

In couples therapy partners work together to understand shift the patterns that keep your relationship feeling stuck in cycles that cause pain and distance. We'll focus on ways to communicate more clearly, and build a more connected, intentional relationship.
