We see you, not just what you're struggling with.
You are more than your anxiety, your trauma, your relationship patterns, or the ways you've learned to survive. Those experiences matter; but they don't define you.
Our work focuses on what's happening beneath the surface to understand your patterns, feel less overwhelmed by them, and develop healthier ways to navigate emotions, relationships, and day-to-day life with more confidence.
Therapy for Trauma, Relationships, and Identity
How we can work together

Individual Therapy
Individual therapy is a space to understand yourself more deeply beyond symptom management.
Many of the patterns we deal with make sense in the context of what we've had to live through. Together, we'll take a deeper look at your emotional responses, protective patterns, and internal dynamics.
Drawing from approaches like Internal Family Systems (IFS) and EMDR, individual therapy can help you feel less overwhelmed by past and present experiences, and develop more grounded, intentional ways of moving through your life.

Couples Therapy
Couples therapy is a space to slow down and understand what's beneath the conflict and go beyond management and moving on.
Many couples find themselves stuck in patterns where the same conflicts repeat, reactions escalate, and distance grows despite wanting things to feel different. Together, we'll explore the underlying dynamics driving those cycles. This includes thorough attention to each partner's history, emotional responses, and protective patterns that show up in the relationship.
Drawing from approaches like Intimacy From the Inside Out (IFIO), and the Gottman Method, this work is dedicated to helping you communicate more clearly, navigate conflict with more intention, and create new ways of relating that feel connected and secure.

Free Consultation
A brief, low pressure call to see if this feels like the right fit.
You're welcome to share what's bringing you in, ask any questions you have, and get a sense of how I work. Choosing a therapist matters, and this is a space to explore that without any expectations or commitments.
If my approach aligns with what you're looking for, we can discuss next steps. If not, I'm happy to help guide you toward other options that may be a better fit.

"The curious paradox is that when I accept myself just as I am, then I can change."
— Carl Rogers
Getting Started
The first step is reaching out.
Starting therapy can feel like a big step, but it often begins with a simple conversation. You don't need to have everything figured out before you begin. We can start wherever you are. From there, we can get a sense of what's been going on and what kind of support would feel most helpful for you.
When you're ready, you can schedule a free 20-minute consultation.
