I recommend an initial commitment of six to nine weekly sessions, allowing ample opportunity for transformative growth and skill development. However, it's essential to acknowledge that therapy is a journey tailored to your unique goals and challenges. Your journey hinges on the objectives you wish to achieve and the complexity of your concerns. My approach prioritizes adaptability and patience, ensuring we navigate your healing journey together at a pace that feels comfortable and sustainable for you.

Good Faith Estimate

Under the No Surprises Act, you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate explaining the expected costs of your mental health services.​

  • ​You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate before your first session, and upon request at any time.

  • The estimate shall outline the total expected cost of services based on the frequency and duration of treatment.

  • If your actural charges exceed the estimate by $400 or more, you have the right to dispute the bill.
